Powder - Powder In Space Beats In Space's new mix series is a fitting addition to Tim Sweeney's long-running operation. Originally a weekly radio show on New York University's station, WNYU, Beats In Space has also been a record label since 2011. The label helped establish Beats In Space's taste for house, disco and indie-leaning electronics, while the broadcast became a career benchmark for international DJs, no matter what style of music they played. The mix series is a natural way of underlining Beats In Space's bread and butter.

Highly Suspect is an American rock trio from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The band was founded by twin brothers Rich (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Ryan Meyer (drums, backing vocals) and their best friend Johnny Stevens (guitar, lead vocals). After starting as a bar cover band, they relocated to Brooklyn, New York, where they recorded The Worst Humans EP with producer Joel Hamilton (Elvis Costello, Plastic Ono Band, The Black Keys, Wu-Tang Clan)

She wakes daily at 6AM, squeezes onto a packed subway and commutes to a bland office building where her day is consumed by the electronics industry - a banal world of blank stares, uniforms, data entry and soliciting phone calls. She cherishes her lunch break, a solitary hour of astral projection where her daydreams cull inspiration for another life, her nocturnal routine.
