Lucifer is the second full-length album by South Korean boy band Shinee, released on July 19, 2010 in South Korea. It was re-released as Hello on October 1, 2010. The album is listed by Gaon Album Chart as the sixth best-selling album of 2010 in South Korea, with 124,961 copies sold, and the repackaged version at number 17 with 63,118 copies. Within hours of the album's release, it topped various physical and digital sales charts in South Korea.

Lucifer is a multinational heavy metal band formed in Berlin in 2014 by frontwoman Johanna Sadonis. Following several member changes, vocalist Sadonis remains the only constant member, with the current line-up featuring drummer Nicke Andersson, guitarists Martin Nordin and Linus Björklund, and bassist Alexander Mayr. Currently based out of Stockholm, the members are Swedish with the exception of the German Sadonis and Austrian Mayr.

Lucifer II (or . in modern terminology) is a rebirth of what the original vision of Lucifer was supposed to be. While not just riding on Sabbath’s tried but true method of doom riff madness with haunting melodies, it also calls upon all the greatness that the late 60’s and early 70’s had to offer. From pure psychedelia bliss, true rock n’ roll blues, as well as touching on prog-ish goodness, this album is firing on all cylinders. They brought in lead guitarist extraordinaire, Robin Tidebrink, to bring the album to the next level. While the album was recorded as a trio, the band has since added Martin Nordic as a second lead guitarist and Alex Mayr on bass to it’s current lineup.

Lucifer are back with their second full-length album, Lucifer II, set for release on Friday, July 6, 2018, through Century Media. For reasons both positive and negative, it is hard to believe that four years have already passed since the quick appearance and disappearance of The Oath, the sludgy dynamic duo of Vocalist Johanna Sadonis and Guitarist Linnéa Olsson. Olsson, known previously for work with Beastmilk and Grave Pleasures, returned to Sonic Ritual and started a new outfit, Maggot Heart.

Together they wrote Lucifer’s second album ‘Lucifer II’ and produced it at Nicke’s studio The Honk Palace in Stockholm in the summer of 2017. The album was mixed by Swedish producer Ola Ersfjord at Cuervo Recording Services in Madrid. With the critically acclaimed release of their long awaited second album ‘Lucifer II’ on Century Media on July 6th 2018 and the videos for their new singles ‘California Son’ and ‘Dreamer’, Lucifer is facing a new grand chapter. The album immediately jolted into the Swedish, German, British and American charts and received outstanding worldwide attention.
