Nevermind was never meant to change the world, but you can never predict when the Zeitgeist will hit, and Nirvana's second album turned out to be the place where alternative rock crashed into the mainstream. This wasn't entirely an accident, either, since Nirvana did sign with a major label, and they did release a record with a shiny surface, no matter how humongous the guitars sounded.

If the Nirvana Nevermind album cover were made today, social media would be in an uproar, calling them child pornographers and probably threaten the label to change it. That might have been the end of their success. The baby that featured on the cover of Nirvana’s iconic album ‘’Nevermind’’ is now 27-years-old. Spencer Eldon, as everyone knows as the ‘’Nirvana baby’’, recreated the album’s cover image as a fully grown adult in 2016 to mark its 25th anniversary.
