Tujiko Noriko (ツジコノリコ) is a Japanese pop artist, from Osaka. Because of her experimental style, she is sometimes compared to Múm, or Björk. Much of her music consists of repetitive layers of samples and electronic beats and melodies being gradually added on top of each other, with her vocals recorded over it all. Her lyrics are in Japanese and English. She has worked for the Austrian label Mego, and the German Tomlab.

Shojo Toshi was the second album from artist Tujiko Noriko, and when it arrived on Mego Records almost five years ago now, people thought it somewhat strange that an album with such a pop (relatively speaking) bent could find a home on the label known for its mind-bending laptop artists. Sadly, the album went out of print, but now it's back, remastered and expanded with an extra 5 tracks from a 12" release of hers that's even harder to find.

Osaka born Tujiko Noriko (辻子紀子) is a Japanese musician and songwriter. Much of her music consists of gradually-added layers of electronic beats, melodies, samples, and vocals. The lyrics are primarily in Japanese, with the occasional song in English. In 2004 she teamed up with Peter 'Pita' Rehberg to form DACM making the album Stéréotypie.
