Halfway into the Woods. The Marcia Blaine School for Girls.

Glasgow’s electronic trio Marcia Blaine School for Girls (yes, the name is based on the fictional educational establishment of the 1960s novel The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie) are gearing up to launch their new album Halfway into the Woods this month with an official album launch and live set at Kinky Afro. The album itself was recorded in quite a unique way. Dave, one of the trio, has his own take on it. ‘It’s kind of a strange recording process because there are three of us and one of us lives in London

Gods'School is a personal animated webseries project of 25 episodes x 12 minutes, on YouTube! Help me produce more episodes by supporting me on Patreon! The series tells the story of Eris, a young goddess who tries to find her place on Mount Olympus, until she meets a mortal. The whole show is an adaptation of greek mythology. On Mount Olympus, in the peaceful sanctuary of the gods, Eris is a dark spot; an unpopular and sometimes tactless goddess who doesn't control her powers

St Paul's Girls' School is an independent day school for girls, located in Brook Green, Hammersmith, in West London, England. St Paul's Girls' School was founded by the Worshipful Company of Mercers in 1904, using part of the endowment of the foundation set up by John Colet, to create a girls' school to complement the boys' school he had founded in the sixteenth century. The governors hold proprietorial responsibility, and some are representatives of the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and London.

Adcote School was founded in 1907 by the pioneering Amy Gough, whose vision was to provide excellent schooling for young women. Whilst our curriculum has changed, our values have not, and it is still our absolute mission to provide a first class, progressive education for all the girls in our care. We believe passionately in educating girls in a single sex environment. Our outstanding staff are specialists in the way girls learn and understand the challenges that modern women will face in their futures, so we have designed a special programme to meet their needs in this complex world.
