Description

One of the most successful British acts of all time with global album sales in excess of 50 million.

Louisiana Red - Live In Montreux.

Recorded live in Switzerland in 1975, here's Louisiana Red performing solo to a wildly appreciative audience. Armed with nothing more than his slide guitar and a voice that consumes most of the space in the mix, Red lays down a set of originals and old standards like Sam Cooke's "Bring It on Home to Me" with equal flair. This is a very inspired performance and one of Red's best albums to date.

This concert, filmed on July 15th 2003, was part of the tour in support of their multi-platinum album "Home". It features several tracks from that album, including many of their biggest hits and best loved album tracks.
