referencing Blondie, CD, Album, areal cd 03. Ada's debut, BLONDIE, kicks off with the mellow thump of "Eve," a smooth, shifting tech-house track that goes off on its own mini-journey. She's quite adept at crafting catchy hooks, from the swift and lyrical "Cool My Fire (I'm Burning)" to the stomp funk of "The Red Shoes. Livedriver" and "Les Danseuses" go deeper, though both retain a melodic warmth, while "Who Pays The Bill" goes into smoky jazz. The warmth permeates the romantic cover of Everything But the Girl's.

Label: Areal Records ‎– areal cd 03. Format: CD, Album. This album can only be described as seriously fun. Areal Records was already known for bringing a twisted raspy sense of humour to the dance floor, but with this album Ada added a warm female touch. Ada really changed the rules about what a Techno album can be. Weird blips, odd noises, lush pianos, warm vibes and when you least expect it, her lovely vocal that breathes life into any dance floor. I love people who are dead serious about having fun.

Blondie is the eponymous debut studio album by American rock band Blondie, released in December 1976 by Private Stock Records. The first single "X Offender" was originally titled "Sex Offender", but since radio stations would not play a song with such a provocative title, the band renamed the song. After disappointing sales and poor publicity, the band ended their contract with Private Stock and signed with Chrysalis Records in 1977

The warmth permeates the romantic cover of Everything But the Girl's "Each And Everyone (Blindhouse)," and Ada gets a chance to highlight her vocal chops. Even better is her version of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's "Maps," which gives the track an extra-dreaminess. The final track, "Cool My Fire," slows things down for some electro heartbreak. An great debut.

Don't usually like dance/house music (if your allowed to label it that?). In fact, I could not listen to this album at first, for more then a few tracks, because I felt it was too silly. But! Something in this music, kept me hanging around it, like a curious and suspicious dog. Something very interesting and hypnotic. The album have been growing in my ears for each listen. It's one of those amazing albums that grows and grows. Once, I fell asleep while listening to it in the afternoon sun. Your inside this dream, of harmony and warmth... I would give all tracks a 4 or 5 out of 5, except "Who Pays the Bill" which is really, the only song on the album I do not love.
