I Will Remember You by Alfred Apaka. I know most people can't hear beyond 15kHz or so, but my hearing is exceptional, has been for decades, and I miss the sounds beyond that range not present in many digital recordings. In this way, the LPs are superior. A later 12" LP reissue added four more tracks - and fake echo. That is the tape that MCA/Universal used for this CD reissue, as opposed to the master tapes, which for all I know have been lost in the Universal vault fire of a few years ago. At any rate, Apaka's gorgeous voice shines through the echo and if you want to hear Hawaiian standards sung to perfection, this should be on your short list.
