Tom Delonge might be one of my biggest influences. I'm a drummer so I draw my quality of musicianship from Travis, but Tom's just straight up immersion into being that inner child and laughing at everything and being a fucking goofball made me who I am. I took it too far sometimes when I was younger, but I have to say something. Tom explains it all here: it is nursery rhyme music. It is music for everyone.
