True Norwegian Black Metal – Live in Grieghallen. True Norwegian Black Metal – Live in Grieghallen is Gorgoroth's first full-length live album, released by Regain Records. It was recorded live in the studio at Grieghallen Lydstudio in Bergen and Threeman Recordings in Stockholm.
True Norwegian Black Metal is not a normal live-recording, as it was recorded in the infamous Grieghallen Studio under the supervision of legendary producer Pytten, and the fact that Infernus handles both the guitar and bass duty leads me to believe that this is a very deliberate spear in the side of King’s incarnation of the band.

Recorded live in Grieghallen, Bergen 2007. All Infernus' bass recorded at Threeman Recordings, 2008. Engineered at Grieghallen Studios in Bergen and at Threeman Recordings in Stockholm. Mastered at Cutting Room in Stockholm, Sweden. This studio live album was originally recorded by the Infernus/Gaahl/King line-up, but after the break in the band and the following legal issue over the band name Infernus re-recorded all bass lines himself, removing King's.
Pentagram is the debut studio album by Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth, released in September 1994 by Embassy Productions. It followed the band's two demo cassettes, A Sorcery Written in Blood and Promo '94. It was the only album to feature Samoth on bass and Goat Pervertor on drums. Pentagram was reissued seven times, four of those on CD: in 1996 by Malicious Records, in 1999 by Century Black in America, in 2005 as a remastered version on Season of Mist and in 2007 on Regain Records

It was marketed as a live album, but it is actually not live at all. It was recorded in the Grieghallen, where many other Norwegian records were recorded (Mayhem, Emperor, etc). Not only is it not live, but it isn't really a full Gorgoroth lineup performing here. Infernus plays all the guitars, including bass, and had a friend come in to do session drums. The end result is stunning, in my opinion.
