The Ship Song" is a song written by Nick Cave (lyrics and music), originally performed by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds on their 1990 The Good Son album. It was released by Mute Records as the first single from the album on 12 March 1990, as a CD single, 7" vinyl and a 12" vinyl release. The song reached on the UK Singles Charts. The video for the song was directed by John Hillcoat.

Instrument Soundtrack is a 1999 album by American post-hardcore band Fugazi. The drum machine is an electronic instrument that creates a large number of drum sounds. This frees the hip-hop musician from having to rely upon previously existing samples. Instead, with the advent of the drum machine, DJs and producers can craft custom beats. This represents an advance in the world of hip-hop, and makes the medium less about taking samples from the past and more about creating the music of the future. It may sound strange to list a computer as a musical instrument. However, modern rap producers rely upon the computer and computer programs to put their music together. The computer allows the producer to fit her beats, samples, turntabling and vocals into a cohesive whole.

It allows each instrument in a song to be recorded one at a time. With this new method, it meant that one man could now do alone, what used to require an entire team of engineers and musicians. And since not all songs have steady tempos, a third method is to create a scratch trac. here an instrument or group of instruments are recorded as the guide, then over-dubbed one at a time, until the original can be deleted or scratched. 2. The Ship Song is one of those songs that are just magical.
