Goldfly is the second studio album by the rock band Guster, released in 1997. The album was recorded in December 1996 at the House of Blues Studios in Encino, California. There are three versions of the album. The original, rare, independently released version has the hidden song "Melanie" before the first song. The version released on Hybrid/Sire Records has the hidden song as the eleventh track.

Goldfly was basically Guster’s way of raising simple indie pop to an art form. You’d be hard pressed to find an album as quaintly experimental as this. Goldfly kept Guster in a state of progression, without alienating any particulars of the band’s past blueprints of success. You see, that’s the beautiful thing about Guster: they manage to significantly change their musical approach from album to album with oftentimes fascinating results. Even within their albums the manage to diversify themselves, allowing for a one-of-a-kind listening experience. Take Airport Song for example.

Though the album has many high points, this first single is the highest. Drifting in like a distant storm, this cryptic offering erupts into a seething and impressively arranged explosion. Combining the trio's competent guitar, bass, and hand percussion with a variety of accents ranging from strings to screams (not to mention a Ping-Pong ball coda), "Airport" is a song which grabs the listener by the ears and reveals itself further with each triumphant listening.
