Galaktik Cancer Squad. Don't expect much in the way of actual black metal, but expect a good time. It's fast and very melodic, video game music type stuff but with a little bit of extra menace, which I assume is where the "black metal" part comes in. Dragonforce by way of Mayhem with a stop off at Iron Maiden or something.
