Tomasz Dąbrowski (born in 31 March 1984 in Rożental, Poland) is a Polish jazz musician who plays the trumpet and the Balkan horn. Since 2008, he has lived in Denmark, studying at The Academy of Music in Odense. Having previously released 10 albums as sideman or co-leader, in 2012, he released debut album as sole leader, Tom Trio. In 2013, he was nominated for a Fryderyk - the Polish equivalent of a Grammy - in the 'Best New Jazz Act' category.

Tomasz Dąbrowski plays trumpet and a vintage instrument he calls balkan horn. His strong, le sound and expressive playing are inspired by free jazz, Eastern European folk music, and avant-garde music. Tomasz is considered one of the most original Polish trumpet players and composers on today’s European jazz scene.

TOMASZ DĄBROWSKI is a jazz related improv/composition avant-garde jazz music artist. With six albums released under his own name and dozens of CDs as a co-leader and sideman, he is considered one of the most gifted trumpeters and composers in Europe.
