Chicago Transit Authority is the self-titled debut album by the Chicago-based rock band Chicago Transit Authority, later known as Chicago. It was recorded and released in 1969. For this inaugural recording effort the group was nominated for a Grammy Award for 1969 Best New Artist of the Year. The album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2014.
I'm the Man is Joe Jackson's second album, released in October 1979. Taken from the album, "It's Different for Girls", was his biggest UK chart single, peaking at number five in the UK Singles Chart. I'm the Man was re-released in 2001 with one bonus track, a live version of "Come On". "Come On" was originally released as the b-side to Jackson's single "I'm the Man", also issued in October 1979.

The lone cover on the album, a pulse-pounding version of the Steve Winwood-penned "I'm a Man" - which sounds like it was recorded live - showcases the true power and energy of the group. After listening to this track, it's a hard to make a case that anybody played with more intensity and passion in the late-60's than Chicago. The organ and guitar fantastically complement each other, and this recording easily makes for the heaviest song Chicago has ever put out on record (Chicago as a heavy metal influence" In the late-60's, anything was possible).
Bowie deals throughout this second album in oblique and fragmented images that are almost impenetrable separately but which convey with effectiveness an ironic and bitter sense of the world when considered together
