After 10 months of home recording with Glenn Davis (of Way Yes) the band entered ARC Studios in Omaha, Nebraska to begin work with producer Mike Mogis on their second full-length album Dark Arc. The first single from that album, Uppercutter, was released on October 15, 2013. On April 1, 2014 Saintseneca released their second full-length album, Dark Ar. .On October 9, 2015 the band released their third album, Such Things.

Columbus, Ohio's Saintseneca began as a unit that distilled and expanded upon the inspiration of folk music from the Appalachian range: the place songwriter, frontman, and lone original member Zac Little hails from. However, through extensive . touring, two previous EPs, and a full-length (2013's acclaimed Last), they've gelled into a band whose sound equals all the places they've been, rather than merely where Little is from. Dark Arc, Saintseneca's debut for Anti, was produced by Mike Mogis.

Saintseneca's members eventually settled in Columbus, and they like their acoustic music a bit punkish, with stomping feet as a heartbeat to accompany mind-altering words and music. But where a lot of foot-stomping acoustic bands sing about love and home and other simple fare, Zac Little writes songs that are hard to pin down, meanings that shift from listen to listen, and choruses that aren't easy to remember but rewarding when you do.
