Heart Presents a Lovemongers' Christmas is a Christmas album and the twelfth studio album by Heart. The album was originally released in October 1998 with the title Here Is Christmas, as the second album of the Lovemongers, a side project involving Ann and Nancy Wilson, their longtime friend and collaborator Sue Ennis and Frank Cox. In 2001, the Wilson sisters decided to re-release the album as a Heart album with no changes to the lyrics or music.

Issued in a gatefold mini-LP paper sleeve with obi strip and booklet with lyrics in both English and Japanese and notes in Japanese. The artwork is exclusive to Japan.
