Au Nom d'une Femme is the name of the second studio album recorded by French singer Hélène Ségara. It was released in January 2000, and achieved a great success in France, Belgium (Wallonia) and Switzerland, remaining to date Ségara's most successful album in terms of sales.

On 25 January 2000, Ségara released her second album, Au Nom d'une Femme, which achieved more success and remained her most successful album. became smash hits, reaching respectively the first and the third position on the SNEP chart. The album was a triumph: it sold about . million units and won a NRJ Music Awards in 2001 in the category 'Francophone album of the year'.

Au Nom d'Une Femme features French vocalist Hélène Ségara performing a dozen songs, all of them highlighting the celebrated vocalist's singing ability. Ségara rose to prominence as a popular theater performer, and her refined and seasoned performance on Au Nom d'Une Femme is much informed by theatrical singing. Some of the featured songs on this album include "Il y a Trop de Gens Qui T'Aiment," "Mrs. Jones," "Il Attend la Pluie," "Elle, Tu l'Aimes," and "Parlez Moi de Nous.

Second album, Au Nom d'une Femme was composed by various famous artists : as for the previous album, Loigerot, Geoffroy and Marc Nacash worked on several songs, and for the first time in Ségara's career, French singer Calogero composed one of her song, "Au Nom d'une Femme" (afterwards, he also wrote "Regarde").
