Seventeen" is a song by English electronic music group Ladytron. It was released as the first single from their second album Light & Magic (2002). The song is known for its minimalistic lyrics, that consist only of: "They only want you when you're seventeen, When you're twenty-one, you're no fun, They take a Polaroid and let you go, Say they'll let you know, so come on". Artist: Ladytron Song: Seventeen Album: Light & Magic. I know, it's an electronical song, not logical to play on a bassguitar. But if you do, you play it with your band, I bet it sounds very cool. The bassline is very simple, although you got to tune your bass all different. The tuning is this: (from high to low, the original A string tuned down 3½ steps and the D string tuned down 1 whole step, the rest of the strings doesn't matter, you don't use anyway in this song. Tuning: G - C - C - E. Note: ~~ means: LET RING.
