Horrified is the only full-length studio album by American grindcore band Repulsion. This album was influential on later goregrind bands. Although the album was originally recorded in 1986, it remained unreleased until three years later. It was originally released on Necrosis Records, a sublabel of Earache Records. The album was originally released in 1986 as a demo called Slaughter of the Innocent. Necrosis Records officially released the album as Horrified in 1989.

Despite being somewhat primitive by modern standards, Horrified is widely regarded as a classic album among grindcore aficionados and is one of the more influential early albums in that style. The songs, mostly in the one- to two-minute range, are constantly up-tempo, alternating between blastbeats and double-time thrashing, with only a few sections approaching any kind of groove.

Repulsion was formed in 1984 under the name Genocide. They recorded three demos under this name, and then changed their name to Repulsion before breaking up sometime afterward. Then, in 1989 Jeff Walker of none other than Carcass, contacted the band, wishing to release an album of theirs on his label, Necrosis Records (which was a subsidiary of Earache Records). The end result of this was 1989's Horrified, which was a remixed version of a demo they recorded in 1986 originally titled Slaughter of The Innocent but never released.
