Yet another greatest-hits compilation from Bonnie Tyler, the Welsh female version of Rod Stewart. She has released a few hits collections, including full-price titles on RCA and CBS and several budget titles on Castle, Crimson, and Camden, and despite her multitude of hit singles, none of performed particularly well on the album charts. This collection, titled From the Heart, just fell short of reaching the Top 30 in March 2007. But this album also included her lesser heard, early RCA hits "Lost in France," "It's a Heartache," "More Than a Lover," and even the title track from the dire film The World Is Full of Married Men (from the era of The Bitch and The Stud) although all of these were also included on the previous greatest hits from 2001.

Bonnie Tyler (born Gaynor Hopkins; 8 June 1951) is a Welsh singer. She is known for her distinctive husky voice, resulting from an operation to remove vocal nodules in the mid-1970s. Tyler came to prominence with the release of her 1977 album The World Starts Tonight and its singles "Lost in France" and "More Than a Lover". From the Heart: Greatest Hits contains seventeen tracks spanning Tyler's entire career from the release of "Lost in France" (1976) to her most recent single at the time, "Louise".
