The last episode each season is called The Apprentice: You're Hired! and feature both Sir Alan Sugar and the winner.

The Apprentice: You’re Fired will be returning to BBC 2 in conjunction with the main show in October 2016, going out straight after it. There will be eleven 30-minute programmes each week, which will culminate in the final 60-minute special, You’re Hired, as the companion to the 12th series in the show’s long-running history. Rhod won’t have to front it all alone though as he’ll be joined by a variety of panelists throughout the series to chip in with their opinions, and candidate cracks

The Apprentice: You're Fired! is a comedy companion discussion programme, created by Mark Burnett in 2006, to run alongside the currently running series of The Apprentice. While its initial series was aired on BBC Three, later series were broadcast on BBC Two since 2007, with the final episode aired on BBC One since 2008 as part of a two-hour special with the main show.

The Apprentice: You're Fired! is a follow-on show to the Irish series of The Apprentice which ran for four years from 2008 to 2011 on TV3. The show was originally hosted by Brendan O'Connor in 2008 and then by Anton Savage from 2010. Like other versions, it features a celebrity guest panel in front of a sudio audience that discusses the episode just aired and the fired apprentice from that episode is also interviewed.
