I'm Bound for the Kingdom. I'm Bound for the Kingdom. This song is by Webb Pierce and appears on the album Bound For The Kingdom (1959). You may ask me where I'm headed you may ask me where I'm boundWell I'm going to a country across the seaAnd I know I'll have a mansion and I know I'll have a crownWell I'm bound for the Kingdom of the free. Yes I'm bound for the Kingdom of the blessed and the freeAnd my Jesus soon is coming after meThere is nothing to compare with the glory over thereYes I'm bound for the Kingdom of the free.
