Description

Pearl Jam are building up some early hype for their upcoming Rock Band game by releasing their new album as downloadable content.

Just Us is the third studio album (second Korean) of South Korean band JYJ. The album was released digitally on July 29, 2014 and physically on August 1, 2014, by C-JeS Entertainment. American singer Chris Brown also produced a song for the album. It is the final JYJ album to feature Yoochun, who retired from the industry in 2019.

That said, the album isn't bad, just a bit on the slight side. The horn charts are great and there are some nice solos, particularly on guitar on what was once side two of the album. If you like the sound of the "Apple Jam" LP from All Things Must Pass (which also featured many of the players here), you'll probably like Bobby Keys.

Ten is the debut studio album by American rock band Pearl Jam, released on August 27, 1991 through Epic Records. Following the disbanding of bassist Jeff Ament and guitarist Stone Gossard's previous group Mother Love Bone, the two recruited vocalist Eddie Vedder, guitarist Mike McCready, and drummer Dave Krusen to form Pearl Jam in 1990. Most of the songs began as instrumental jams, to which Vedder added lyrics about topics such as depression, homelessness, and abuse.

These are not adjectives often used to describe Pearl Jam, the 30 million-selling purveyor of angst-ridden guitar rock now approaching its 19th year of existence. And yet these are the words being used on blogs to describe "The Fixer," the first song from the Seattle rock band's ninth album, "Backspacer. The album will be distributed to indie stores by the Coalition of Independent Music Stores' Junketboy division. Target has passed for us. The fans just have to trust u. As Gossard puts it, "If somebody would have said 15 years ago that they were going to give us a great chunk of money and let it be a one-off and not hold us to any strings, we would have said, 'Come on! This is the best deal ever!'

Without this album Pearl Jam would be not nearly as popular. Even if other albums sound better, this one was the most influential. I hate going with "the popular opinion" but this really is their best album. Not that they haven't put out great albums since, they definitely have, all of them are great. But this is still their best. Has to be, really, despite the predictability of the choice. They have produced so much great music since, but nothing quite as consistently powerful and beautiful as this. One of the most moving albums I've ever heard.

The Gift is the sixth and final studio album by English new wave/mod revival band the Jam. It was originally released on 12 March 1982 by Polydor as the follow-up to The Jam's critically and commercially successful 1980 album Sound Affects. The songs were largely recorded during 1981 to 1982, assisted by Peter Wilson, and is generally regarded as the culmination of the smoother, more adult-oriented sound of the band's later work
