Blind Rage is the fourteenth studio album by German heavy metal band Accept. It was released on August 15, 2014 on Nuclear Blast Records. The album debuted at number one on the German albums chart Contents.
It is wild and scary and it’s called Blind Rage ! Blind Rage, just like its two predecessors has been produced, mixed and mastered by Andy Sneap. On August 15, 2014 Blind Rage will be released in Europe, August 18th in the UK and France, August 19th in the United States. The cover artwork done by Daniel Goldsworthy shows the beast coming over us – in blind rage – all over the planet
Blind Rage is a flat-out fantastic heavy metal album from start to finish, but it does have some real standout tracks, namely the high octane leadoff single Stampede and the dramatic, anthemic Fall of the Empire (though the phrase dawn of the setting sun is pretty ridiculous). Even the slower songs like Wanna Be Free are awesome. The head-banging Bloodbath Mastermind and Final Journey are the best tracks on the second half of the album
Heavy Metal, Germany (2014 - Nuclear Blast) Узнать больше. I can hear the wind blow I can hear the screams and cries Slamming doors, running for cover Praying this rage goes by Now everything we've worked for It's gone in a moments glance I need something to believe I need a second change. With injured souls and wounded hands We'll carry on, we'll struggle, we'll rebuild the land.
On their 14th studio album (the third since the band re-formed with new vocalist Mark Tornillo at the helm in 2009), the seeming unkillable Accept return to take listeners back to the tough old days of metal with Blind Rage. While the album's title evokes the idea of an uncontrollable beast wildly lashing out at anything nearby, the music contained within paints a different picture. Like a snarling guard dog on a leash that's just a little too short, the album feels restrained, but still dangerous, as if at any moment things could break bad and spin out of control.
Blind Rage was voted as the album of the month in Metal Hammer (Germany & Poland) and Rock it (Germany), as well as Burrn Magazin, Japan. ACCEPT made it on the front cover of important magazines, such as Sweden Rock, Rock Hard (DE), Spark (CZ), Metal Maniac (IT), Scream (NO), Roadie Crew (BRA) and many more. The reactions were overwhelming: The third album since Mark Tornillo joined Accept sees the band uncork the strongest collection of songs since Blood Of The Nations. says Mark Gromen of Canadian BW&BK magazine
