The album starts with the title track, which features a melee of crazy fast unison guitar and piano lines and weird Beach Boys-type "ooohs. It sounds as if it might be the start of an amazing album, but it's mostly downhill from there. Brief moments of brilliance reappear on songs such as "Transistor Sister," with its swooping guitars, but it doesn't generate excitement in the listener. It just seems generic and rehashed from so many other punk bands. On many songs, it doesn't seem like the band knows what level to go to next.

Kryptonite is the second studio album by British-based DJ and record producer DJ Fresh. The album primarily features drum and bass tracks, featuring drum and bass group Sigma and vocalists Stamina MC, Koko, Valkyrie and Ce'cile. The album has been pushed back various times, each time with a new track or an old track removed.

I came across this CD with mixed expectations. I thought their album before would be hard to top so I wasn't really expecting KRYPTONITE to be that great. This CD is awesome and is a muct have for anybody who enjoys pure melodic punk.

Gaunt was a pop punk band formed in Columbus, Ohio, in 1991. The band released five albums before splitting in 1998. The original lineup formed from the ashes of the short-lived and punkadelic Black Juju, and consisted of ongwriter Jerry Wick, bassist Eric Barth (who had also been in Two Hour Trip with the Spurgeon brothers, who would soon form Greenhorn) and drummer Jeff Regensburger (later of The Patsys)
