Tuff Enuff" is a song by the blues rock band the The Fabulous Thunderbirds. It was written by Jerry McCain. The song was included on the album Tuff Enuff and was produced by Dave Edmunds. Released as a single in 1986, "Tuff Enuff" peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number four on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, and it reached the top 20 charts in other countries. It was ranked number 96 on VH1's "100 Greatest One Hit Wonders of the 80s".

Every Beach Boys album made in the 1970s was a comeback attempt. In the face of dwindling commercial returns, the group struggled earnestly in the first part of the decade to define itself outside the shadow of Brian Wilson. While many of the other recent Beach Boys "twofer" releases contained music of similar tenor and approach, these two albums, issued during the most conflicted time period in the band's history, are immediately striking in their dissimilarity.
