Dee Palmer Dee Palmer is an English composer/arranger, pianist and author who studied composition at the RAM with Richard Rodney Bennett. From 1968-80 she was arranger and keyboardist with English rock group, Jethro Tull. On leaving Tull she wrote and performed albums of symphonic versions of prog-rock music: Tull, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Yes and Queen
