This is a list of Charlie Parker's recordings. Parker recorded extensively for three labels: Savoy, Dial, and Verve. His work with these labels has been chronicled in box sets. Charlie Parker's Savoy and Dial Sessions have been issued on The Complete Savoy Sessions, Charlie Parker on Dial and Complete Charlie Parker on Dial and The Complete Savoy & Dial Master Takes.
Charlie Parker on Dial, Vol. 1975. The second of six LPs reissuing all of Charlie Parker's recordings for Dial has his first session after his release from Camarillo State Hospital. The altoist, along with the Erroll Garner trio, backs singer Earl Coleman on "This Is Always" and "Dark Shadows" before playing the two instrumentals "Bird's Nest" and "Cool Blues. Due to the inclusion of all the alternate takes, there are actually 13 performances on this LP, showing that Bird and Garner really did improvise their solos.
