Broken Bones are a hardcore punk band founded in 1983 and led by Anthony 'Bones' Roberts. They evolved from the band Discharge, and later moved into a style known as crossover. They have released eight albums, three EPs and a number of singles. The band has gone through a number of line-up changes over the years and have toured internationally. Broken Bones are from Stoke On Trent, England and were formed by guitarist Anthony "Bones" Roberts in 1983 after he left Discharge.

Broken Bones were formed by Anthony Roberts (or Bones as he was known) on leaving Discharge in 1983, the original band also featuring his brother Tezz (who was the original Discharge singer, playing bass in this band though) and as the years rolled by an ever-changing line up of supporting characters.
