Be Nothing (stylized as BE NOTHING. is the debut full-length studio album by British rock band Boston Manor, released on September 30, 2016, on Pure Noise Records. The album serves as a follow-up to their 2015 EP, Saudade, and was produced by Neil Kennedy. The album was preceded by its lead single "Laika", released on July 26, 2016. The album spawned two more singles; "Lead Feet" was released on August 30, 2016 and "Fossa" was released on September 15, 2016.

Boston Manor nearly perfectly walks down the line between emo-rock and pop punk. In a scene dominated by those who've been playing for much longer than Boston Manor, Be Nothing gives most of them a run for their money. Be Nothing opens with pure emotion, starting with the track "Burn You Up". The song starts with a distorted voice that sounds like a radio breaking up and suddenly shifts into a cacophony of guitar and drums, mellowing out at the point where vocalist Henry Cox belts "Swallow your words & maybe some teeth as well". The lyrics throughout the album are impeccably written, with each track containing honest and relatable lyrics and a hook that finds a way to get stuck in your head. The instrumentation is another high point; the drums and guitar come in strong on each track, coexisting beautifully with the vocals.

Boston Manor are a British pop punk band formed in Blackpool, Lancashire, England in 2013. Boston Manor began in 2013. The band released their first EP in 2013 titled Here/Now. In 2014, Boston Manor released both a split with the band Throwing Stuff, as well as another EP titled Driftwood. In 2015, Boston Manor signed to Pure Noise Records and released a four-song EP titled Saudade. In 2016, Boston Manor released their first full-length album entitled Be Nothing.
