Irozuki Tingle no Koi no Balloon Trip is an adventure video game developed by Vanpool and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. It is a sequel to the game Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland and was released in Japan on August 6, 2009. As with its predecessor, the game focuses on Tingle, a character from The Legend of Zelda series.

Teaching Mrs. Tingle is a 1999 American dark comedy-thriller film. The directing debut of the film's screenwriter Kevin Williamson, it follows a trio of high school seniors who must prove their innocence to their vindictive history teacher, who accuses them of cheating on their exams. Williamson originally shelved the script, before the success of his later projects, including Dawson's Creek, Scream, and its first sequel. Following this, the script was eventually picked up.

Tingle (チンクル Chinkuru?, ) is a recurring character in the Legend of Zelda series. He is a thirty-five year old man who is obsessed with "forest fairies".

Tingle is a character featured in five canon The Legend of Zelda series games. He is often depicted as a 35-year-old man who is obsessed with Fairies and Rupees. He is dressed in an unusual, full-body green suit with a clock necklace. He is quite unpopular in North America; however, the opposite is true in Japan, where his popularity has scored him four of his own spin-off games, such as Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.

Tingle is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series. In Majora's Mask, Tingle appears as the son of the Swamp Tourist Center Guide obsessed with Fairies. He is 35 years old and claims to be the reincarnation of a Fairy. He sells maps to help out his father.

Therefore, it shouldn't be surprising that accompanying soundtrack to Teaching Mrs. Tingle also feels recycled and hackneyed. Sure, it captures many of the prevailing sounds of American pop in the late '90s - post-grunge rock, teen-pop, mellow singer-songwriters - but it only occasionally has enough spark or flair to be sporadically entertaining, at best.
