However the remixed versions of this song are 6:33 (house mix) and 7:14, the original 12 inch mix. One other thing of note is that I'm not really a big fan of Unidisc Music, the company responsible for releasing this and a lot of other hard to find CD's as I feel their sound mastering leaves a lot to be desired and also inconsistent. For example on this CD, the track Right In the Socket sounds extremely flat as if the bass tone was lowered, however the very next track - The Second Time Around, it's as though the bass was tuned up a little. If you were a fan of the late 70's SOLAR records (Sounds of Las Angeles Records) which featured such artists as The Whispers, Dynasty, Lakeside, Carrie Lucas, and of course Shalamar, this is a great album to have. There was a certain sound SOLAR records had - those funky bass lines and slick guitar playing; just as TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia) had their orchestral sound.
