Ok guys, honestly, but who cares about the title of a club track? Seriously someone is complaining for that?This is an amazing classic. Both sides they sound warm, fat, nasty: i'd fancy to have hundreds of record like this.

Deconstruct was a label that ran from 2008-2011 and crashed hard, thereafter. Only one word sums up my involvement with the Deconstruct project: It was an embarrassment. The only thing I am still with are the songs themselves. The vinyl would never be produced again, however, it's 10 years since the first release- and DJs still frequently ask me for this music. SOOOO:I redacted the song names and I put fully mastered high-resolution audio files up on Soundcloud page. Go for it! The songs are freely downloadable for all DJs to: 1. You may play these songs in Clubs, parties, and you may include them in your podcasts, radio mixes, or mixtapes as long as they are given away for free.2. "L-V October 12, 2017_____Hello, People frequently ask me to re-press the first 2 releases on Deconstruct. Deconstruct shut down years ago. Truth is, Anthony and I had a falling out in 2013, and we have not spoken since then, save for a 'hello' once a year when our paths cross at gigs. Aside from that, there are no words between us. We resolved to release 'wild life' so that he could release something on Deconstruct, but, as they say, "Thats all folks!" _____I have no intention to repress any of the catalog. I do own the rights to DEC-01 and DEC-02, one day I might pass them off to a bigger label, and they can provide collectors with a new edition.. Otherwise, if you don't own a copy and want one, I recommend you spend the $$$ the sharks are asking for it, or get a good vinyl rip from a friend or colleague. Sorry bout that!- Levon Vincent 2017"

Edit: Bit the bullet and purchased it. No Regrets.I come to this page at least twice a week hoping a. There would be a copy for a fair price and b. News of a repress.I own the majority of Levon's tracks but this one I regret to say is way out of my price range. I would give my left arm to hear this on Fabric's sound system.

Sorry but thats definitely not true - Levon Vincent pressed much more Records than you maybe imagine. There were Represses of many Records - i do´nt know how it is with this one here. But if you want to know sth. about represses or why they did´nt appear so far ask Levon on his official Facebook site.I asked him about a repress of djsf and he said he will sooner or later do a repress "yeah sure, sooner or later. I did make a TON of NS-08 which included DJSF II..."He also replied in detail to troubles with the record "Stereo Systems" - scroll a bit down - he introduces himself as Levon in the first sentence http://www.discogs.com/reviews?release=4081330#c205927.

lol rare and wonderful! I agree but we're not talking about some rare 70's cut or some dub plate special. Levon Vincent seems to think it's cool in some way to press limited copies whereby demand way outstrips supply (maybe a fantasy in his mind about creating some level of hysteria). All it does is make a lot of fans unable to fully appreciate his music. To me this isn't being clever or cunning, it's some obscure form of arrogant naivety.

If there's one word to describe this record, it's "raw". It's simply raw house beats in 4/4 time - no fancy or cheesy stuff here. Levon Vincent has built for himself quite the reputation thanks to productions like both sides of this record, "Double-Jointed Sex Freak", and others.

The B-side of this humorously titled release is hands down one of my favourite tracks of all time, and definitely my favourite Levon Vincent creation. One of the few records that I can honestly say is well worth the high marketplace price, though I hope my copy gives me years of play! There's really no fitting description for this shifting chugger; it's a totally melodic and dubby slice of techno with a nice, subtle tinge of house-y-ness. It keeps going and going, with every element in its perfect place. Lots of reverb and warped sounds that build a series of layered loops from some ultimately quite simple components. For me that's the mark of perfection: a fugue-like cycle that plays on a perfect kick, bass drum, etc. And did I mention there are some VERY fat synth chords? Oh, and I just listened to it again and must add that there are some sweet pitched up lasers. I've always had a soft spot for the sound of lasers! Mmmmmm, Woman Is The Devil indeed.
