Family Values Tour 1999 was a music tour headlined by Limp Bizkit. This was the second Family Values Tour. During the tour Mobb Deep left and DMX assumed their place. Insane Clown Posse and System of a Down were originally scheduled for the tour but did not make the final roster.

Family Values Tour '98 is a live album, which was released on March 30, 1999 through Immortal and Epic Records. It was released on the same day as the DVD version. The live album was produced by Josh Abraham and Jeff Kwatinetz. Artists who participated in 1998 Family Values Tour were the following bands and musicians: Korn. Incubus (replaced Ice Cube on October 25, 1998 for five remaining dates).

And a souvenir is exactly what Family Values Tour '98 is - a little memento for fans who attended the tour, something to remind them of the good times they had in the amphitheater. On that level, it's fairly successful, since it does offer a taste of each group. Perhaps it's not enough to satisfy collectors, since the band with the most tracks - that would be Korn, naturally - only has four songs and everyone runs through predictable material.
