just revisiting this comp, now that i've calmed down about the price i'm realising just how good it is. Sides C & D got me ejaculating goth diesel all over me rubber boots

Yeah, it is a bit of a con. The Roisin Murphy record was even more expensive.

Totally agree. 30 bloody pounds. Totally bizarre.Surely other labels find ways to press 2xLP records at $20-25 USD somehow. Including compilations involving multiple licensing. You don't have to go too far, the same person just recently released Cease & Desist compilation on his own label and it retails at $19-20 USD.Certainly JD Twitch is amazing DJ and knows how to put together great compilation(s). So the comment doesn't have anything to do with the quality of selection.

Hi erasorhead....the pricing is entirely to do with Vinyl Factory, not Twitch....they asked him to compile something for them to release. Had he released it himself I'm fairly sure it would have been less expensive.

I have nothing to do with the pricing of this release but would like to add that every sleeve was lovingly hand screen printed by the sleeve designer, Katie Shannon, which is probably a factor in the pricing.
