Drawing influences from Dub, Jazz, Hip Hop, Soul and the Mid 90's Drum & Bass "Golden Age", Better Days bridges the gap between genres, as FD enlists carefully considered vocal collaborations. Manchester donny Fox shines on the dubbed out Better Man and Washington DC soul diva Cecily shows shades of Minnie Riperton on Sycamore  . The Static Dive is the new project from t, producer, writer, and blogger Bob Smith. Bob has been making music for a couple of decades with his bands Shu, The Distractions, as Bob Smith, and now as The Static Dive. In that time he has written and recorded 400+ songs in every genre from Alternative Rock to Ska-influenced improvisational Jazz and Funk. The Static Dive is an Experimental Electronica (Trip-Hop, IDM, Deep House, Ambient) project, releasing a new single every month in 2019. A full album of remixes is planned for the end of the year.
