First production of the band, Fuse was released in 1994 and it brought something fresh and new to the French rock scene. The syncopated rhythm of the drums, the use of bizarre samples (crowd voices, people speaking the wrong way round, and so on), and a peculiar high-pitched guitar sound: everything was gathered here to make a original and innovative record.
Fuse is the debut rock album by Fuse, recorded in 1969 and released in January of 1970. This is the only album the band released before they broke up, with members going on to form Cheap Trick and Silver Fox. Fuse was born in Rockford, in late 1968. A single was released on Ken Adamany's Smack Records label with the tunes "Hound Dog" and "Crusin for Burgers. In 1969 an album was recorded with producer Jackie Mills, and released in January of 1970.
Due to a print error 'Personality Wedge' and 'Sticky Trails' are reversed, you can hear the words "personality wedge" in track 3 and "sticky trails" in track 4.
