David Graham "Dave" Hewson (born 25 November 1953 in Wandsworth, London) is a British composer of scores for television and films. His work includes a collaboration to develop scores for ITV News. Hewson works from his composing studio in East Sussex. At Trinity College of Music, Hewson was a pupil of Richard Arnell. Dave Parsons is a British bassist who is best known as the original bassist for the grunge band Bush. Before joining the grunge band Bush, was a member of punk band The Partisans, and alternative rock band Transvision Vamp. Parsons met up in 1992 with lead singer, Gavin Rossdale, guitarist Nigel Pulsford, and drummer Robin Goodridge to form Bush. He stayed with the band until their breakup in 2002. When Bush reformed in 2010, Parsons decided not to rejoin.
