Matt is one of the most consistent artists you will find in any genre, but its his innovative style and original sound that defies any typical categorization. So one needs to grasp these two points to really appreciate his body of work as it is only after you get a sense of how many quality, yet unique tracks he has released that you can get a true sense if his talent and creative range. Personally I am not a huge fan of "Dayz" but it is still a quality track.Cold Blooded on the other hand is, in my humble opinion, an excellent track with definite dance floor energy and huge mixing potential for any half decent dj.So I just ask that you consider this before you read some of the other reviews as some of them lack any sense of real thought, like most comments you encounter on the web, they are not worth the time it takes to read them.Thank you.

I agree it is different from the other stuff Mathew is doing. More 4 to the floor but not bad I think... and I agree on the fact Crosstown. I really don't like the work of this label so I was a positively surprised by this one..

Although this is one of the better releases on Crosstown Rebels it has to be the worse from Mathew Jonson. Stick to the stuff on Wagon Repair, they are the classics.

I think its pretty nice. This is a fun outdoorsy type record. Certainly above average, at least for me.
