These analogue recordings were made at Woodhouse Studios in Leeds using a 16 track tape machine and quarter inch tape, between April 1996 & June 1997. One For The Shoe Shine Man' was recorded live to stereo tape at South Parade Baptist Church. Acoustic Guitar tracks for 'December 8th 1980' & 'Johannasong' were recorded at Richard's House in the kitchen; the background birdsong being picked up on the guitar microphones
