Inez Foxx (born September 9, 1942) and her elder brother Charlie Foxx (October 23, 1939 – September 18, 1998) were an African-American rhythm and blues and soul duo from Greensboro, North Carolina. Inez sang lead vocal, while Charlie sang back-up and played guitar. Casey Kasem, and doubtless many others, mistakenly thought that the two were husband and wife.

As was true of much of their prior material with Sue, their format often recalls that of Ike & Tina Turner. The production is better and more varied than their Sue sides, but the material and delivery aren't as strong as the Turners were at their best. Note that the version of "Mockingbird" which leads off the disc is not the original 1963 hit, but an inferior 1968 remake.
