A Blue Spectrum piece is determined by the process, in which one or two tape recordings are mixed spontaneously with or without the addition of effects or instruments. In turn this recording is played back with effects and mixed with other tape recordings with the addition of instruments to create a final piece.
The Blue Hour is the eighth studio album by English alternative rock band Suede. The album was released on 21 September 2018. It was the first Suede album since A New Morning not to be produced by longtime producer Ed Buller, and the first to be produced by Alan Moulder. The concept for The Blue Hour began in May 2016, when lead singer Brett Anderson, guitarist Richard Oakes and keyboardist Neil Codling wrote the song "Mistress"; a song about a boy's realisation of his father's affair.

Cold weather payments are paid by the United Kingdom government to recipients of certain state benefits in the event of particularly cold weather in the winter. The Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988 govern the system under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992. Each time the local temperature is less than 0°C for seven consecutive days between 1 November and 31 March then a payment of £25 is made. This is in addition to the Winter Fuel Payment.
A Cold Weather Payment is an extra amount you can get to help you heat your cold house. If the average temperature in your area is, or is forecast to be, 0 degrees then you can get extra amounts. The weather has to be below 0 degrees for more than a week before the government issues payments. You will get it automatically if there’s a cold snap and you’re already claiming benefits.

Cold Weather Payments are a government grant. If you’re eligible, you’ll get an automatic payment if the average temperature in your area is recorded as, or forecast to be, 0 degrees celsius or below for 7 consecutive days. Cold Weather Payments are different to Winter Fuel Payments. The 2017 to 2018 Cold Weather Payments Scheme is now running.
The Cold Weather Payment is not a fortune: you get £25 for each seven day period of extremely cold weather between November 1 and March 31. But it’s certainly worth having, as it can ease the financial anxiety caused by having the heating for longer than normal. For example, if the temperature in your area fell below freezing for a week in December and a week in January, you would receive £50 in total.
