In turn this recording is played back with effects and mixed with other tape recordings with the addition of instruments to create a final piece.

The Blue Hour is the eighth studio album by English alternative rock band Suede. The album was released on 21 September 2018. Cold weather payments are paid by the United Kingdom government to recipients of certain state benefits in the event of particularly cold weather in the winter. The Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988 govern the system under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992. Each time the local temperature is less than 0°C for seven consecutive days between 1 November and 31 March then a payment of £25 is made. This is in addition to the Winter Fuel Payment.

A Cold Weather Payment is an extra amount you can get to help you heat your cold house. If the average temperature in your area is, or is forecast to be, 0 degrees then you can get extra amounts. The weather has to be below 0 degrees for more than a week before the government issues payments. You will get it automatically if there’s a cold snap and you’re already claiming benefits.
