The electronic music group Tangerine Dream has released more than one hundred albums, singles, EPs and compilations since the group was formed in 1967. Tangerine Dream's releases have been divided into several eras based on the record label of the time. Tangerine Dream's first releases were on the Ohr label.

Tangerine Dream is Kaleidoscope's debut album released on Fontana Records on November 24, 1967. Though not as popular as the . Kaleidoscope, this British band was also a band from the psychedelic movement with moderate domestic success, and just enough international exposure to have this album recognized in the genre's catalogue and regarded as one of the best in the same.

Founded by the late Edgar Froese, Tangerine Dream is perhaps the premier exponent of "electronic rock" music of the "Berlin School".

Tangerine biography TANGERINE are a largely forgotten French folk band that stood out for releasing a couple of minor prog folk albums in the mid-seventies that often hearkened back to late sixties and early seventies North American folk. The band consisted of vocalist Val�ry Btesh (who did not appear on the band's second release 'Memoire'), t Marc Donahue, and guitarists Gabriel Malka and Charlie Sabban.

Tangerine Dream has been known as a mega-productive band with more than 100 albums under its belt. They are also very well recognized for the soundtracks they made for big movies that mostly did in the 80s that includes music for cult classics like Risky Business, Flashpoint, Firestarter, and Legend. Their concept and philosophy stands on the romantic side of electronic music with a cosmic vibe and its’ own incomparable sound. Our last studio album Quantum Gate came out in 2017 and we are now working on a new album which will be out next year. In the next few months, we will release the vinyl versions of an improvisation session on the UK label, Invisible Hands Music.
