Zu & Co. is a compilation album by Italian blues rock singer-songwriter Zucchero Fornaciari released in 2004. With the exception of "Indaco Dagli occhi Del Cielo" (a cover of the Korgis song "Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime") and "Il Grande Baboomba", all songs have previously been recorded and released by Zucchero. For "Zu & C. new versions of these songs were recorded with a selection of artists with whom Zucchero has performed during his career.

These luminaries join Zucchero to sing and play a batch of his songs (and sometimes co-write them), with many of the lyrics in English. Zucchero has one of those familiar gruff rock baritones, most reminiscent of Peter Gabriel, though it sounds at times like Joe Cocker and even ascends into a Sting-like tenor. The music is mostly also familiar, bearing the trappings of Euro-American classic rock balladeering in a manner that ruled adult contemporary radio for much of the 1980s and '90s

The album Fly is subtitled "(Come possiamo volare con le aquile se siamo contornati da tacchini)", translated "How we can fly among eagles when we are surrounded by turkeys"

Everybody's got to learn sometime - Zucchero (CDS, Holland) Zu & Co - Zucchero (CD+DVD, Italy) ‘Mama’ Recorded in 1989 but not released at that time. Reworked in 2004 and released as a nonalbum track on the ‘Everybody’s got to learn sometime’ CD single. All the various international versions of the 'Zu & Co' album omitted this song.

Most of the songs on the album had previously been recorded by Zucchero, and for this album he brings on guests to perform on each of the songs. The song on which there is U2 content, is the song Blue, which Bono wrote the English lyrics for for Zucchero’s Blue Sugar album. Bono has never performed on the song, he has just contributed lyrics. The song is performed here by Sheryl Crow with Zucchero on most copies worldwide.
