Scars is the second studio album by the Chicago-based hard rock band Soil. The album was released on September 11, 2001, via J Records. Although the band's second album, it was their first major label release and proved to be their most commercially successful. Its popular single, "Halo", effectively launched the band into mainstream exposure. Scars was the first rock album released through J Records.

Scars on Broadway is the first studio album by Scars on Broadway, a band consisting of System of a Down members Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan. The album contains fifteen tracks, all written by Malakian. The album opened at on the Billboard 200 with 24,000 copies.

The music on the album Scars (2002) sounds like a combination of all of the foregoing. It is very powerful rockblues who does think back to Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and the ultimate ' power trio ' Cream. Moore got help from bassist Cass Lewis (ex-Skunk Anansie) and drummer Darrin Mooney (Primal Scream). Again let him hear that he is a fine singer, but especially his guitar playing is still formidable. The best songs on this album are strong revenge Wasn't Born In Chicago, the Hendrix-like World Of Confusion and the typical Moore-ballad Just Can't Let.
