Description

Released after the death of leader Dickie Peterson, BLUE CHEER ROCKS EUROPE is not only a fiery performance but the only complete concert recording of this.

Recorded on what would be Blue Cheer's final tour, the 2013 double-disc Rocks Europe - previously released as a DVD in 2009 - captures a concert the power trio gave on April 11, 2008. As it turned out, this was the last Blue Cheer ever gave, as their linchpin, bassist/vocalist Dickie Peterson, died of prostate cancer the following year. Peterson's 2008 lineup of Blue Cheer also had drummer Paul Whaley, who played with the group during its golden era in the late '60s.

Blue Cheer was an American rock band that initially performed and recorded in the late 1960s and early 1970s and was sporadically active until 2009.

American rock band, established in 1966 in San Francisco. Here is why I would say Blue Cheer is the best than I like all the music artists I like the best the same besides if the artist made a few releases since it is like one studio album but another or two. BC from the beginning was the hardest music artist that is not Heavy metal or influence by Heavy metal.
