It is time to organize an underground revolt of Cybermen. But don't tell the Doctor. September 9, 2011 ·. We will grow stronger. We will upgrade the universe, and destroy The (Eleventh) Doctor. August 29, 2011 ·. The Daleks no longer function adequately as leaders. the Doctor has returned. August 27, 2011 ·. We may have to rethink our alliance with the The Mariachi Daleks.

The party topside are reluctant to open the door but the Doctor convinces them that it is Klieg or Toberman due to the softness of the noise. They swiftly open the door long enough for Klieg to escape. Klieg and Kaftan are moved into the testing range to keep them out of mischief while the others decide on their next course of action. Klieg tells the others that he can still negotiate with the Cybermen. Kaftan tells him not to kill the rest of the party as they will make good experimental fodder for the Cybermen. Klieg opens the hatch and calls for the Cyber-Controller. The Cyber-Controller sends the rest of the fleet back into their cell and emerges to the surface with Toberman, who is under Cyberman control. A Cyberman head from this story was stolen around the same time as a BBC producer quit outside the Doctor Who production office. Eric Klieg's mention of "Whitehead logic" in episode one was an in-joke referring to Cyberman actor Reg Whitehead.

Party Time was an album by The Heptones and backing band called The Upsetters, released in 1977. Along with Junior Murvin's Police and Thieves and Max Romeo's War Ina Babylon, this album can be seen as part of a Black Ark Lee 'Scratch' Perry produced "holy trinity". Highlights include the title track, a Rasta-influenced cover of Bob Dylan's "I Shall Be Released", the menacing "Storm Cloud", and the determined "Road Of Life". Party Time? is an EP by rapper Kurtis Blow, released in 1983 on Mercury Records. The title track and the song "Got to Dance" were both party themed, but the other songs struck a sociopolitical tone. The album reached on the R&B charts.
