About Radio Ga Ga. This is the first track on Queen’s 1984 album, The Works. Written by the band’s drummer, Roger Taylor, this song reached the Top 40 of every major chart around the world. Its music video prominently features footage from the iconic German Sci-Fi movie Metropolis. The band performed this song, among others, during the 1985 Live Aid at Wembley Stadium in London; Queen’s set is considered to be one of the most pivotal moments in the history of rock ‘n’ roll. The original title of this song was Radio Ca-Ca. This came about after Taylor’s son, Felix said, Radio, caca! when.
Radio Ga Ga" is a 1984 song performed and recorded by the British rock band Queen, written by their drummer Roger Taylor. It was released as a single with "I Go Crazy" by Brian May as the B-side. It was included on the album The Works. The song is also featured on the band's compilation albums, Greatest Hits II, and Classic Queen
