However, this made a great introduction into what Pink Floyd are all about. The songs are all fairly easy for most people to get into as well, making this album perfect for Floyd virgins. My favourite songs on the album: One of these days From the delay-thick intro bassline pulsing along throughout, to the sliding rhythm guitar, to the harsh tremolo of the interlude, I find this song both well written and good to listen to. I also think its great how the song does not get boring, despite its repetitive nature. I really wish that's what this had been. Seems like a pretty useless 'semi best of' as Manseen put it, I'd start in so many other places before starting here to get into Floyd.
